With the vocal prowess and class reminiscent of Nancy Wilson and the laid-back soul driven sound of Monica, Latonia Craig flawlessly mixes “old” with “new” to create her beautifully unique sound. Hailing from the small town of Shelbyville, Kentucky, Green’s voice is much more mature than her 26 years. Latonia has been perfecting her craft since the age of 4 where church became her rehearsal ground for stardom. Coming from a family of chanters, her vocal ability is a hereditary gift that is delightfully infused with the undertones of blues, jazz and a slight touch of hip-hop. Mrs. Green-Craig began her love affair with performing by singing the Star-Spangled Banner at age 12 for a local talent show and from there she never looked back. She continued her career with numerous appearances in talent shows, church functions and an array of pageants to showcase her talent. After several successes at the aforementioned venues, Latonia has decided to set her sights on mainstream stardom. She is bound to captivate all within earshot of her smooth, melodic and euphonious voice. Latonia was a long time resident of the Washington DC metro area. She came to AfterSix Productions as an auditioning singer who immediately gained the likes of Doug and Dan and ended up recording the final vocal track for Don’t Wanna See You Go. Her emotional and soulful voice was a perfect fit for the track. She is visually stunning, audibly superb, and a talented picturesque writer who is ready to take the world by storm. We invite you to the exceptional experience of Latonia Green-Craig.
